MS DHCP Server & Hyper-V should not be used together.

While I was using the MS DHCP Server, I installed Hyper-V to manage other MS Servers.

And then I realized that the binding was gone.

if DHCP server is not working using Wireshark, I recommend you to check this also

This is due to network adaptor changes.

When you install Hyper-V, vEthernet will be created for virtual machines.
