Prime Infrastructure Interface changed after virtual machine was modified

When there were an issue about VMs like restoring VMs, the adapter will be reassigned.

Windows and Linux are easy to reconfigure for the network adapter.

But, some solutions based on Linux has an additional user interface for configuration.

The problem is the user interface is fixed to Linux attribute, thereby causing critical issues.

In configuration GigabitEthernet 0 is showing but in “show interface” it’s showing GigabitEthernet 2

To fix that, you need to follow this

If it’s still not working, please remove the current ethernet interface.
